1. Acceptance Controls: the raw material is submitted to dimensional and visual controls and moreover to the drift expanding test according to the norm UNI EN 10234 before its use.
2. Processing Controls: the article is controlled during the whole process.
3. Final Controls: the final item is checked before its dispatch.
Our stainless steel ferrules standard range runs from 11x11.8 mm to 67.6x70 mm, but it is possible to manufacture after Customer's drawing.
Our stainless steel ferules are usually supplied in AISI 304 stainless steel and a chemical analysis certificate can be issued on Customer's request.
The conformity of our ferrule is guaranteed according to the UNI 9028 - January '87 standard. We also guarantee the conformity of the material according to the UNI EN ISO 10088-2 of September 2005 standard
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: All articles can be marked on Customer's request, also with logos (if you want the ferrules to be marked, please add /M to our item number, for example art. 100/M).
Solution annealing can be advised for extreme performance or special technical requirements (if you require solution annealing, please add -S to our item number; for example art. 100-S or in case of a marked ferrule art. 100-S/M). For special personalized articles we will use Customer's
item number.
